coming from your partners is not doing your role.
Your job is to listen to your partners in order to create statistics and develop and grow your project.
If you listen to your affiliates, the group solidifies and moves forward.
Otherwise, you will lose something or someone: any franchisor would have been happy to have a franchisee like Alberto and his partners on the team!
And Alberto precisely because
of his negative experience, decided to set his model on constant support.
You can tell by the way his first affiliate speaks: he proudly stated that he has been working with them for 12 years and is still experiencing significant economic growth.
This makes you think about the mindset of a successful franchisor.
Now I want to present you my idea about the types of franchisors I have encountered over the years…
The six FRANCHISOR prototypes.
Over time I have identified six categories of buy phone number list franchisors:
The franchisor with its core business : franchising evolves from a family business, in which the entrepreneur has worked all his life;
The master , or the person who brings a brand from abroad and develops it;
The entrepreneur who first creates his own direct network of stores and then decides to enter the world of franchising;
The failed entrepreneur who has opened his own network but is unable to manage it properly;
The seller who only thinks about making money and making integration of artificial intelligence in digital marketing affiliations, without being interested in the success of his network.
The ex-franchisee who builds
his format on the basis of the wounds he experienced first-hand when he himself was an affiliate.
Alberto falls into this last category: for this reason he thinks first of his partners and only then of himself.
This is a good sign that should make you think, whether you chine directory are a franchisor or an entrepreneur who will become one one day.
The first thing that identifies a good franchise is the loyalty of your affiliates.
